Minke Robert Melvin Robert Melvin Minke, age 83, passed away Monday, Oct. 29, 2007 at Lake Park Comfort Care. The son of Clarence and Florence Minke, he was born Oct. 30, 1923 in Toledo. He was a graduate of DeVilbiss High School and earned his Masters Degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from the University of Toledo. Bob served his country during WWII in the U. S. Army Signal Corp. He worked 37 years for the Dana Corp.
