Robert J. Green

Robert J. Green, 65, of Toledo, passed away Sunday, April 21, 2013, at Flower Hospital. Bob worked as a service manager for 25 years at Professional Automotive. He worked most recently worked as a bus driver for sporting events and extra curricular activities for St. Francis de Sales High School and Ottawa Hills High School and was affectionately known as Bus Driver Bob. Bob served honorably in the Army National Guard. He was a devoted family man. he enjoyed riding his Honda Gold Wing motorcycle and driving the school bus. Survivors include his wife of 28, years, Vicki Green; son, Robert Denise Green Jr., grandchildren, Ashley, Lindsey, Katelyn, Alex and Kevin; brother, Richard Anna Green. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Louise Green and sisters, Judith Steib and Bonnie Grogan. Friends are invited to visit from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday, in the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Avenue, west of Corey, where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
