Robert “Bob” John Gasiorowski, 79, of Northwood, Ohio passed away peacefully on Friday, March 29, 2024, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. He was born in Toledo on August 12, 1944, to Salome “Sally” (Zawodny) and Tadeusz Gasiorowski. Bob married his sweetheart, Carmen M. Pietrykowski on September 24, 1966, and together celebrated 57 ½ years.
Bob honorably served in the United States Air Force. He worked as a printer and supervisor for Monarch Printing, Muir Graphics and Cenveo, Inc. He was a member of All Saints Catholic Church and American Legion Post 533. He enjoyed Notre Dame and Chicago Bears Football, going to the gym and working out, and watching westerns and episodes of Mash. Friends knew him as Heineken Bob. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and friend. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Bob is survived by his wife, Carmen Gasiorowski; sons, Chris (Dawn) Gasiorowski and Chad Gasiorowski; grandchildren, Caitlin (Fiancée, Jimmy Keller) Gasiorowski, Hayley (Alex) Kurtzman; great grandchildren, Sawyer, Hudson, and twins, Addison, and Eleanor; brother, Ted (Bernie) Gasiorowski; and sister, Diane Wesolowski. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Rose Marie (Edward) Rovnan; and brother, Ronald (Joan) Gasiorowski.
Friends will be received at Sujkowski Walker Funeral Home, 830 Lime City Rd, Rossford on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, from 2:00 PM-8:00 PM. Prayers will be recited in the funeral home on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 10:00 AM and a funeral mass will follow at 11:00 AM at All Saints Catholic Church, 628 Lime City Rd, Rossford. The burial will be at Calvary Cemetery following services. Memorial donations in Bob’s name may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
