Robert Charles Faber, age 75, of Woodinville, WA, and native of Toledo, died October 25, 2018, while traveling in Europe. Chuck was born August 2, 1943, to the late Robert and Marian (Beroset) Faber. He graduated from Ottawa Hills High School. During his high school years he received the prestigious Eagle Scout award for which he was always very proud. Chuck received a BS in electrical engineering from Ohio University and went on to earn an MBA in finance from the University of Toledo. Chuck had a long career as an electrical engineer working in Seattle, WA and Malaysia. Chuck enjoyed reading, travel, music, and meeting and engaging with a wide variety of people. He was an active member of Seattle Christian Assembly Church and Fathers for Equal Rights. He is survived by his son, Christopher Faber, his wife Jessie and granddaughter Mila; sisters, Carole Penny Sargent and her husband Larry, and Lynn Kampfer. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 11 a.m. in the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. (west of Corey Rd.) with a private interment at Joy Cemetery in Ottawa Hills following the service. Memorial contributions are suggested to Seattle Christian Assembly, 1616 N. 192nd St., Shoreline, WA 98133 or a charity of the donors choice.
