Robert F Miller

Robert Franklin Miller age 70 of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, May 21st, 2014. Bob was born in Wauseon, OH to Franklin and Loretta Elliot Miller. He was a Heavy Equipment Operating Engineer for Local 18 until his retirement in 2004. Bob was a car enthusiast and owned a 1914 Model T Ford which he was very proud of. He was a member of the local Maumee Valley Model T Ford Club. Bob enjoyed coin and comic book collecting, touring in his Convertible T, and attending the I.U.O.E. Local 18 Union retirees party. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Bob is survived by his wife, Ilona; sons, Robert L. Theresa Miller, Scott F. Miller and Todd J. Lisa Miller; grandchildren, Daniel, Holly, Zachary, Brandon, Aaron, Emily, Mackenzie, Nicholas, and Aubrey. Also surviving is a brother, Thomas Luck Miller; sister, Kay John Pither and several nieces and nephews. Bob was preceded in death by his parents. Family and friends will be received at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St., Maumee, OH on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 from 4:00-8:00 pm where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 am.
