Robert Edward Rowe

Robert Edward Rowe, age 86, died in Sylvania, OH. He was born in Jackson, MI on August 24, 1922. He resided with his family for many years in Medina, MI before moving to Sylvania 41 years ago. He worked 35 years for InterSate Motor Freight Company. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge. His parents, Fern Rowe and Josephine Crall Rowe, preceded him in death. Mr. Rowe is lovingly remembered by his children Shirley Neil Gerry of Holland, MI and Steve Rowe of Toledo; a sister, Betty Clarence Owens of Jackson, MI; grandchildren, John Maria Gerry, Mark Gerry, Christina Chris Reimink all of Holland, MI, Wendy Phillip Williams of Advance, NC, Danielle Rowe of Denton, NC; seven great-grandchildren, and nephews. Family will receive friends at the Walker Funeral Home 5155 Sylvania Ave west of Corey Rd on Tuesday from 3:00-5:00 PM with a memorial service at 5:00 PM Tuesday.
