Robert Budd

Robert Budd passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 after a brief period of declining heath with Parkinson’s disease. He was born to parents Otto and Helen Budd of Perrysburg, on February 21, 1931. He graduated from Perrysburg High School and received Bachelor and Master Degrees from the Ohio State University. Robert taught Math and Science for Toledo Schools, Maumee Youth Camp, Perrysburg Schools, and high schools in Marion County. He was praised as a devoted and effective teacher. He enjoyed the outdoors, camping, hiking, playing pool, and traveling to all 50 states. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Eileen; children, Alan (Cathy), Arther, Julie; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Friends will be received on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Neville Southwest Chapel, 7438 Airport Highway, Holland, Ohio (419-865-8879), beginning at 10 A.M. with a Funeral Service starting at 11:00 A.M. Burial will follow in Springfield Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
