Rita M. Alexander

Rita M. Alexander, age 66, of Toledo, passed away in the presence of her loving family on Monday evening, May 23, 2016. She was born February 4, 1950 in Toledo to the late Leland and Beulah (Schroeder) Emery. Rita had been employed at B & F Medical Supply. In her free time, she enjoyed playing Farmville, camping, and having cookouts with her beloved family and friends. She will remembered for her loving and kind personality. Left to cherish her memory is her devoted husband, Michael Alexander; children, Teresa Bey (George Clay), Michelle Day (Tony), John Bey and Hope Franks (Jeff); nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren; and brothers, Leland and Thomas Emery. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 27, 2016 in the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. (west of Corey Rd.) followed by procession to Toledo Memorial Park for a 1:30 p.m. graveside ceremony. Memorials are suggested to the American Lung Association.
