Rickey “Rick” Charles Haddad, age 68, of Maumee, Ohio passed away on Monday, February 8, 2021. He was born August 20, 1952 to George and Mary Helen (Damoose) Haddad in Toledo, Ohio. Rick graduated from Maumee High School in 1970, he then met his wife Michelle in 1970 and they were married in 1972. He had several jobs over his lifetime but retired from First Solar at the age of 65. Rick was a wonderful artist/cartoonist and helped to create 4 characters for The Recycling Station located in Rossford. They were used in ads posted in newspapers in the late 80’s. He also enjoyed building model cars, as well as spending time with his family & friends, especially his grandson. Whom he taught the art of making Syrian food. Anyone that met him always felt comfortable to be themselves and he welcomed everyone with open arms. Rick was preceded in death by his parents George A. Haddad & Mary Helen (Damoose) Haddad. Survived by his wife, Michelle L. (Miller) Haddad; Daughter, Andreana M. (Haddad) McCullough & Son-in-Law, Tim M. McCullough; Grandson, Keaton McCullough; Brother, Randy Haddad & Sister-in-Law, Christine (Topolski) Haddad; Nephew, Thad Haddad; along with many other extended family & friends.
