Rick Cole

Rickey “Rick” Allen Cole age 64 of Waterville, Ohio passed peacefully on Wednesday, March 5th. He was born in Defiance, Ohio on September 6th, 1960 to Oliver and Elsie (Hoge) Cole.

Rick attended Ayersville High School and graduated from Four County Career Center, earning his Associates from Northwest State Community College in Business Management. Rick worked at Campbell’s Soup in Napoleon, OH for 46 years. He enjoyed spending his time golfing, grilling, and traveling with his family.

Rick leaves behind a legacy of love, survived by his wife of 37 years, Doreen (Betts) Cole; children Nikki (Birdie) Cole, William (Katie) Cole, and Sara (Dustin) Eiden; siblings, Lori (Ed) Hornback, Karen (Kurt) Rohrs; grandchildren (6) Kayden, Sawyer, Lilith, Harper, Abel, and Leo; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death are his parents Oliver and Elsie.

Family and Friends will be received at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St. Maumee, Ohio on Monday, March 10th, 2025 from 2pm - 8pm. Additional visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 11th, 2025 from 10am until time of services at 11am. Memorial Contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
