Richard Stanely Wierzbicki

Richard Stanley Wierzbicki, age 66, of Maumee, Ohio passed away on Friday, March 6, 2015 at the University of Toledo Medical Center. He was born on December 01, 1948 in Hamburg, Germany to Stanislaw and Zofia (Sobkowiak) Wierzbicki. Rick worked for Pilkington for 35 years as a Tool and Die Maker. He enjoyed woodworking and loved to fix things around the house. Rick was a long time member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help and the Adam Conservation Club. He was also an avid target shooter and enjoyed gardening. He is survived by his wife, Margaret Peg son, Steve; sister, Regina Smith; brothers, Zygmunt (Cynthia) and Thomas (Susan) and many nieces and nephews. Rick was preceded in death by his parents. Family and Friends will be received at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee, Ohio on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 from 3:00pm until 8:00 pm. Prayers will start at the funeral home at 9:15 am on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 followed by the Funeral Mass celebrated at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 2255 Central Grove, Toledo, Ohio.
