Richard John Dick Roe

Richard “Dick” John Roe, age 73, of Holland, Ohio died Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Toledo Hospital. He was born in Toledo on February 22, 1944 to Frank and Earlene Roe. Dick’s love for automobiles naturally led him to own and operate Dick’s Auto Sales for over 45 years; and own Crissey Auto Auction for 28 years. On October 27, 1984, he married Beverly Jean Creger who survives. Dick loved motorcycles of any kind and classic cars. He could often times be found attending estate auctions, but will best be remembered for his love for pug dogs. Dick will be missed by all those who knew and loved him. He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Beverly Jean Roe; children, Rick Roe, Deanna (Rosendo) Rosiles, Jeffrey Roe and Tracey (Ruben) Hunt; 10 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; sister, Kathy Tunison; brother, Michael Willard as well as his stepbrother, Richard Willard. Dick was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Earlene, sister, Deana Ball and his half-brother Darrel Whitney. Friends will be received on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 from 4:00-9:00 PM at Neville-Shank Funeral Home, 7438 Airport Highway, Holland, OH 43528 (419-865-8879) where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 11:00 AM.
