Richard O. Leary

Richard O. Leary, age 81, of Whitehouse, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 in Toledo. He was born on September 16, 1939 to James and Essie (Smith) Leary in Toledo. Richard was a veteran of the United States Army and later worked for the Chrysler Corporation, where he retired as an Area Manager. He was an avid golfer and a member of the Zenobia Shriners. He is survived by his loving wife, Marilyn; children, Julie (Darryl) Logan and Rich (Shelly) Leary; Grandchildren, Ryan (Kristina) Logan, Erick (Tonya) Logan, Sydne (Luke) Edgington, Richie Leary; Great-Grandchildren, Liam and Gavin Logan; sister, Suzanne (Larry) Haden and extended family. In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his siblings, Jim, Gloria, Ronnie, Donnie and Darla. Per Richard’s request there will be no services at this time. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. The Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home is assisting with the arrangements.
