There were many laughs along the way, Throughout his life he was a faithful and active member of St George Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral. He was a dedicated member of the church choir, singing as a tenor in Sunday service and many weddings. A long standing member of the parish council, he was integral in the stability and development of parish life. He was a trusted friend and confidant to many parishioners and clergy, Loved by all, he was an inspiration and role model in his faith. Unknown to many was Dicks amazing support and compassion for and to some of the less fortunate among us. He befriended everyone he met. There is and never will be anyone who can fill the emptiness that his family and friends are feeling at his passing. Dick was an avid traveler and enjoyed everything from international trips to family time in Vegas. He also enjoyed photography, fine wines paired with fine food, good scotch and cigars. His treasures were his friends and family, His cousins were like his brothers and sisters. He was a kind and gentle soul; devoted, loyal and generous. Surviving are his wife Cherie Joseph, his aunt Corrine Joseph, numerous loving cousins, nieces, nephews and his puppy Lilly Rose. The family would like to thank Rhonda Jones, Dicks caregiver, Dr. Robert Axonovitz, the doctors, nurses and staff at Hickman Cancer Center and the staff of Ebeid Hospice, Sylvania.
