Richard C. Fouke

Richard C. Fouke, 79, of Williston, died Monday morning, April 4, 2016, at Advanced Healthcare Center in Toledo. He was born September 25, 1936, in Toledo, Ohio, to Claire and Elizabeth Betty (Wood) Fouke. Richard married Delores J. Helle on August 16, 1958, in Williston, Ohio, and she preceded him in death on August 29, 2008. Richard retired at age 65 as a process engineer for Lockery Mfg. in Toledo and had also worked at DeVilbiss Corp. and Burndy Corp. in Toledo. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Williston. Family was very important to Richard. He enjoyed visiting with his family and just spending time with them. He loved being involved with his grandchildren and his great grandchildrens activities. Richard also loved cooking, and he brought delight to many with his apple and lemon pies. Surviving Richard are his son, David (Linda) Fouke of East Dundee, IL, and daughter, Debra (Galen) Martin of Columbus, OH, seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and sister-in-law, Phyllis Haeft of Williston. His parents, wife, and brother, Herb Fouke, preceded him in death. Visitation for Richard will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Thursday, April 7, 2016, at Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, 501 West St., Genoa. The funeral service will be conducted 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 8, 2016, at St. John Lutheran Church, 21140 W. Toledo St., Williston, with burial to follow in Allen Township Cemetery, Williston.
