Richard E. Rich Emmons

Richard “Rich” E. Emmons, 77, of Perrysburg, OH passed away at Kingston Residence of Perrysburg on Friday, August 23, 2019. He was born on August 29, 1941 in Ft. Thomas, KY to Raymond and Esther (Hart) Emmons and he married Judith Campey on November 21, 1964. He graduated from Highlands H.S. and later received his bachelor’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University. Rich was employed for 26 years with RCA in Findlay, OH as a production manager and retired from Delafoil in 2005. He was an avid sports fan of his grandchildren and loved to travel and plan trips for the family. Rich also enjoyed golfing and even earned a hole-in-one trophy. He was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church, Perrysburg. Rich is survived by his loving wife, Judith Emmons; daughters, Michele (Patrick) Combs and Rebecca (Ronald) Hartline; grandsons, Ryan Combs, Charlie Combs, Blake Hartline and Drew Hartline; and nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Rich is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Ruth Elbe. Funeral services will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Rose Life Teen Programs.
