RICHARD ALLEN CRAPSEY Richard Allen Crapsey, 57, passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at his home. Richard was born December 24, 1956 in Toledo, Ohio to Harry and Mary Crapsey. Richard worked as a roofer and maintenance man. Richard enjoyed spending time with his family and his dog. He loved making people laugh and would “give the shirt of his back” to anyone. Richard is survived by his son, Dylan J. (Lisa Richardson) Crapsey; brothers, Joseph, Harry, and Michael Crapsey, sisters, Cathy (Mick) Woods and Mitzie (Steve) Olmstead; step-daughter, Tiffany (Jacob) Hansen, grandson, Jacob Sartor, Jr., step-son, Michael Carter, mother of his child, Amy (Raymond) Hansen and his beloved dog, Spade and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Tuesday, June 10, 2014 from 10-1 P.M. at Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 701 N. Main Street, Walbridge (419-666-3121) where funeral services will begin at 1 P.M. A private burial will be held at a later date.
