Richard L. Brought

Richard L. Brought, 76, of Sandusky, passed away, Sunday, November 02, 2014 at Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky. Richard was born on April 13, 1938 in Port Clinton. He was raised by his grandparents, Laura and James Brought. In June 1963, he married Carolyn Steel and she survives. He enjoyed fishing, collecting coins, landscaping, old time rock roll and scavenger hunts. Survivors include: Loving Wife of 51 years: Carolyn Brought; Children: Linda (Rick) Delauter, Peggy (Robert) Pridemore, Richard Brought Jr., Danny (Debbie) Brought, Sarah (Tony) Sullivan; 16 Grandchildren; 17 Great-Grandchildren; Best Friends: Ron Nejedly Tony Chavez; Loving Dogs: Blue Bowser. Richard was preceded in death by his daughter: Margaret (Genetta) Brought. Visitation will be2-4pm, Wednesday, November 5, 2014, in the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home Crematory, Port Clinton.
