Richard Dick D. Boltz Jr., 71, of Woodville, OH passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at the Edward & Marion Knight Hospice Center, Perrysburg, OH. He was born on August 13, 1937 in -Swanton, OH, the son of Richard D. and Maxine Byhers Boltz Sr. Richard owned and operated the Boltz Super Value Grocery Store, Millbury, OH. He was a member of the Genoa Masonic Lodge #433 F. &A.M., Genoa, OH. Richard loved Nascar and The Ohio State Football. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends. Survivors include: Son: Richard D. Boltz III Doc of Woodville, OH; Grandchildren: Nicholas, Ashley, Luke and Tony Boltz; Sisters: Rhonda Brent Freeman of Perrysburg, OH, Janet Gene Kerns of Circleville, OH and Sharon Felix Ortiz of Albuquerque, NM; Brothers: Donald Louise of New Lenox, IL and Robert Rose Boltz of Toledo, OH; many loving nieces and nephews. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, son: Mark Boltz and brother: James Boltz Visitation will be 2-8PM, Friday, July 24, 2009 in the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Genoa, OH with a Masonic Service at 7 p.m. Graveside services will be held at 11:00AM, Saturday, July 25, 2009 at Restlawn Memorial Park, Perrysburg, OH. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorial donations in memory of Richard, be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
