Ricardo Torres

Ricardo Torres, age 68, of Marblehead, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at his residence. He was born on July 5, 1955, in McAllen, Texas to Hilario and Celia (Flores) Torres. Ricardo worked for Ottawa County Jobs and Family services and enjoyed playing pool, golfing, concerts, taking vacations, and especially watching the Pittsburg Steelers. He loved animals, especially Caicos, who he is taking with him on this next journey.

Ricardo is survived by his significant other, Judy Ward; siblings, Noe (Mary) Torres, Frank (Terri) Torres, Rachel (Louie) Naderer, Mary Lemaitre, Gracie Garza, Norma (Mike) Miller, Jessie Torres, Elisa Collins, Leticia Lopez and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Pablo Torres and Hilario Torres, Jr.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 7, 2023, from 1:00-7:00 pm at the Gerner-Wolf Walker Funeral Home, 216 Washington Street, Port Clinton, Ohio. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 am on Friday, September 8, 2023. Interment will follow in Riverview Cemetery, Port Clinton, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Port Clinton VFW.
