Rebecca Jo Agee

Rebecca Agee, age 90, of Perrysburg, passed away peacefully on November 21, 2014, at Elizabeth Scott Community, Maumee. Rebecca was born in Toledo on October 18, 1924, to Emerson and Audrey (Cox) Hawkins. She was a member of the Waterville United Methodist Church. Rebecca was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend and be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Rebecca enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Her hobbies included sewing, reading, cooking, working on puzzles and crossword puzzles. She spent 33 years working alongside her husband, Fred, at Ross Cleaners, their family owned business. Surviving are her children, Mark Agee, Linda (Mike) Metz, Kevin Agee; 6 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and sister, Ann Symons. She was preceded in death by her parents, Emerson and Audrey Hawkins; husband, Frederick Agee; daughter, Jennifer Agee; brother, John Hawkins and brother-in-law, Jim Symons Sr. Family and friends will be received in the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222 E. S. Boundrary, Perrysburg (419-874-3133) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 29, 2014, with a memorial service beginning at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Ft. Meigs Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Rebecca's name be made to Elizabeth Scott Memorial Fund or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
