Raymond C. Parse

Raymond C. Ray Parse, age 59, passed away December 23, 2016 at his home. A Toledo native, he was born July 23, 1957 and worked as a boiler maker and in construction. Ray was an avid football fan, especially of the New England Patriots and enjoyed listening to music. He will be remembered for his good sense humor and his desire to make people laugh. Surviving are his daughters, Shaunda (Leo) Salpietro, Monica Sebring and Charlene Parse; grandchildren, Dante, Patricc and Ciana; and brothers, Eugene Al and Tom Parse and Jeff Bobb. He was preceded in death by his wife, Cindy Parse; mother, Dorothy Bobb; step-father, Frank Bobb; and brother, Gerald Parse. His significant other, Janine Miller is also deceased. The family will hold private memorial services. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
