Randy passed away peacefully on September 7, 2013, with his mother, Avis M. Carpenter Johnson, and his niece, Meghan E. Johnson, at bedside with him. Randy graduated from Genoa High School and also attended Owens Community College. He was employed at Truck & Van Land, Woodville Rd., in Northwood. Randy was a free spirit, quiet at times, and did things his way. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, four-wheeling and camping. Also surviving Randy are his father, Alan R. Johnson, siblings, Warren, Jeffery and Gary Jennifer Johnson, step brother, Joe Tonya Kutchenriter, aunts, Diana Dave Shook, Thais Carpenter-McTaggert, uncle, Philip Roseann Johnson, nephews, Caleb, Luke and Aiden Johnson and Jayden Kutchenriter; great uncle, Frederik Fritz Lau and ex-sister-in-law, Wendy B. Johnson; cousins, Sherrie, Michael and Susan Biggs and Cyndee Bobby Tokash, as well as many cousins, family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his sister, Karen A. Johnson, grandparents, Waldo and Violet Carpenter, Clarence and Elsie Johnson and step brother, Todd Simpson. A gathering for family and friends will be held Saturday, October 5, 2013, from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m., at Maumee Bay State Park banquet room, 1750 Park Rd. 2, Oregon, OH 43616. Memorials for Randy may be directed to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, 30000 E. River Rd., Perrysburg, OH 43551. The Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, 501 West St., Genoa, OH 43430, assisted the family with arrangements. You closed your eyes and went to rest. Love, Mom
