Randall Steele

Randall Randy L. Steele, 64, of Oak Harbor, OH died Sunday, March 8, 2009 at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was born on June 15, 1944 in Springfield, OH to Arlo and Esther Nauerth Steele. Randall graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelors and masters degree in metallurgic engineering. On April 25, 1992 in Schenectady, NY he married Pamela J. Crabtree and she survives. Randall worked as a corrosion engineer for Sunoco Inc., Toledo, OH for 6 years. He also worked 18 years for BP, Inc. in Cleveland, OH and Lima, OH. He was attending the Erie Shores Assembly of God Church, Port Clinton, OH. Randall was a loving husband and father that has truly loved raising his kids and spending time with his family and his Christian ministry to his friends. In addition to his loving wife of 16 years, Pamela, he is survived by his children: Brandon Steele, Thomas Steele, Celeste Steele, Jonathan Steele, Scott Quay, Christopher Quay, Brian Quay, Susan Krause, Stephanie Brawner, Rick Steele, and Bryan Steele; 8 grandchildren; and 2 brothers: Curtis Steele and Lawrence Steele. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother: Rod Steele. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 13, 2009 at Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Oak Harbor with visitation two hours prior to the services from 9 11 a.m. Interment will be in Roose Cemetery, Oak Harbor.
