Ramon Ramos

Ramon P. Ramos, Jr, 62, of Perrysburg passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at Hospice in Perrysburg. He was born in San Antonio, Texas to Ramon, Sr. and Consuelo (Rendon) Ramos on January 15, 1955. Ramon married Maria Angela Costilla and together they loved spending time with their family; especially his many nieces and nephews. He was a longtime member of St. Rose Catholic Church in Perrysburg. He was a huge fan of both the Dallas Cowboys and the Ohio State Buckeyes. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Maria; eight siblings; mother, Consuelo (Alfonso) Aguirre, step-mother, Olivia Ramos; parents-in-law, Pedro and Cuca Costilla; his best friend, David Costilla; sisters-in-law; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews. Ramon was preceded in death by his father; brother, David; and sister, Yolanda. Friends will be received on Thursday, November 2, 2017 from 3-7 P.M. at Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary St. Perrysburg, OH (419-874-3133) with the Rosary being recited at 7:00 P.M. Prayers will be recited in the funeral home, Friday, November 3, 2017 at 9:45 A.M. followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30 A.M. at St. Rose Catholic Church, Perrysburg. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Burial will follow in St. Rose Cemetery.
