Ralph E. Schroer SCHROER Ralph E. Ralph E. Schroer, age 85, of Toledo, passed away May 18, 2009, in his home. He was born January 19, 1924, in Mercer County, Ohio to Herbert and Hazel Schroer. Ralph was a machinist for Clark Equipment Co. Surviving is his daughter, Sondra Paul Siegel of Florida. There will be no visitation.
