Ralph V. Kell, 61, of Port Clinton, OH, passed away Friday, December 28, 2007 at his residence. Ralph was born on May 3, 1946 in Adams County, Ohio to Harley and Stella Bell Roberts Kell. On April 13, 1989 he married Sylvia Harrison and she survives. Ralph was a member of the David W. Leonard Aerie # 2295 in Port Clinton. Survivors include: Wife: Sylvia Kell of Port Clinton, OH; Sons: Terry Gayle Kell of Seaman, OH, Robbie Noelle Kell of Seaman, OH; Daughter: Paula Kirk Bunn of Winchester, OH; Step-son: Wade Jerri Seiser of Port Clinton, OH; Step-daughters: Sandra Mike Thomas of Mansfield, OH, Marilyn Guy Lawrence of Williamsburg, OH, Nancy Jesse of Bayview, OH; Daughter-in-law: Tamara Seiser of Grand Island, NE; Brothers: Russell Dorothy Kell of Winchester, OH, Delton Kell of Sardinia, OH; Sisters: Janet Chloe Reed of Gahanna, OH, Faye McQuitty of Mowrystown, OH; 22 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren. Ralph was preceded in death by his Parents; Step-son: David Seiser of Grand Island, NE. Visitation will be from 11-1 P.M. on Wednesday, January 2, 2008 in the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home, Port Clinton, OH. Funeral Services will be conducted by Pastor Deron Fourman at 1 P.M. in the funeral home, following visitation. Interment will be in Christy Chapel Cemetery, Port Clinton.
