Ralph R. Cooper died on March 6, 2023, at St. Charles Hospital in Oregon, Ohio, at the age of 60. He was born to his parents, Kathryn (Walters) and Ralph Cooper in Toledo, Ohio, on January 1, 1963.

Ralph is survived by his son, Ryan (Jessica); grandchildren, Kaylie and Jaxon; brother, Christopher (Amy); his love, Patricia Imm. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Timothy; sisters, Tricia and Connie.
