R. David Mcallister

R. David McAllister, 58, of Toledo, Ohio died Friday, September 1, 2023 at his home. He was born in Bridgeton, NJ. on February 8, 1965 to Roy and Donna (Moody) McAllister. He married his sweetheart, Mary at 11:00 AM on 12/13/14 and she survives him.

Dave worked for Conagra Foods for 23 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors. Dave’s greatest joy was grilling, which he did all year long. He was a true grill master owning several grills and he would grill everything he could from eggs to pizza.

Dave is survived by his wife, Mary McAllister; children, Jennifer (Seth) Hughes, Allen (Nikkole) Brandeberry, Ashley (Valens) Branstutter, and Amber (Matthew) Boucher; grandchildren, Jay, Vanessa, Kamdon, Rylie, Riley, Brandon (Heather), Owen, Evan, Rosalie, Traylen; mother, Donna (Richard) Carter; father, Roy (Patricia) McAllister; sister, Denise McAllister.

Services for Dave will be private. Arrangements were entrusted to Walker Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel.
