Phyllis May Turner

Phyllis May Turner, born August 29, 1922 at Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford, MA died March 25, 2017 at Addison Heights Nursing Home in Maumee, OH. Phyllis enjoyed word puzzles, playing cards and bingo. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and May G. Nellson; husband, Carroll A. Turner; brother, Robert Nellson; grandson, Robert Nellson. She is survived by her children, Carl N. (Margaret) Turner, Ruth A. (Richard) Fiser; grandchildren, Cassandra Brown, Clifford Brown, and Meredith Turner; five nieces and nephews, Richard Nellson, Donald Nellson, Jeannie Nellson, Thomas Nellson and Barbara Nellson. Services will be private. Interment will be in Puritan Lawn Cemetery, Peabody, MA.
