Phyllis J. Collignon

Phyllis J. Collignon, 67, of Holland, Ohio passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at Ebeid Hospice surrounded by her family. She was born on September 12, 1947 in Perrysburg, Ohio to James and Lillian (Williams) Leonard. She married James L. Collignon on July 1, 1967 in Perrysburg. Phyllis worked for many years as a cook. She enjoyed knitting and spending time with her loved ones. She was very family orientated and always put her family first. Phyllis is survived by her loving children, Theresa M. (David) Annis, Kenneth J. (Kelly) Collignon and Keith A. (Amy) Collignon; grandchildren, Jordan, Justin, Devon, Branden, Mercides, Andrew and Jacob and great grandchildren, James and Seth. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, James L. Collignon, Jr. and siblings, Shirley, James and Carolyn. Friends will be received on Friday, July 24, 2015 from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. in the Neville Funeral Home, Reynolds Corner Chapel, 5052 Dorr St., Toledo, Ohio 43615 (419-535-0951). Visitation will continue on Saturday, July 25, 2015 from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. where a funeral service will follow the visitation at 11:00 A.M. Burial will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
