Philip Mourray

Philip F. Mourray, 75, of Port Clinton, OH and formerly Oak Harbor, OH passed away Thursday, October 12, 2023 at Magruder Hospital in Port Clinton. He was born on March 4, 1948 in Toledo, OH to Fernando and Eva (Trum) Mourray. Philip never married and stayed with his mother until her passing. Philip worked previously in maintenance at the Woodville Mall Tech Dynamics and at Paradise Acres Campground for 27 years. Growing up, Philip had a special sense with animals. He would catch all kinds of critters, which always needed to go to the vet, and he would walk them there, where “Doc” would take care of them. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and Boy Scout Troop 242. Philip also enjoyed woodworking.

Philip is survived by his siblings, Joseph (Alice) Mourray, Fernando (Ann) Mourray, Theresa (Craig) Emahiser, and Thomas (Karen) Mourray, and 15 nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister and brother-in-law, June (Marvin) Glass.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, 165 E. Water St., Oak Harbor with visitation one hour prior to the services from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Lake Township Cemetery, Millbury, OH.
