Pertronella C Guerin

Petronella “Pat” C. Guerin, 80, of Odessa, Florida passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at Tampa General Hospital. She was born in Toledo, Ohio to Frank and Rose (Rochowiak) Kolasinski on June 22, 1933, being the youngest of six and being the only girl. Pat married the love of her life, James E. Guerin on December 13, 1952. They spent 44 wonderful years together until he passed away in 1996. She enjoyed watching the Food Network, reading books and working on puzzles. She was blessed with being a mother to three children, a grandmother and great grandmother. Pat is survived by her daughter, Carol A. (Don) Guerin-Smith; son, Timothy M. (Mary Ann) Guerin; 4 loving grandchildren; and 5 precious great grandchildren; son-in-law, Dan Clark. She was preceded in death by her parents Frank & Rose, brothers: Ed, Daniel (Barney), Harry, Bob and Frank Jr; her husband Jim; and daughter, Diana T. Guerin-Clark. Family and friends will be received in the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222 E.S. Boundary St., Perrysburg, OH. 43551 (419-874-3133) on Thursday, August 29, 2013 from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM with funeral services to begin at 1 PM. Burial will follow at Toledo Memorial Park.
