Peggy Lou Mullins, 72, of Port Clinton passed away, Monday, May 30, 2011 at her residence. She was born in Buchanan County on June 25, 1938, the daughter of Paul C. and Ruby Bunch Stines. Peggy worked as a laborer at Silgan for over 20 years and then worked at the Speedway gas station for 3 years. She loved to take care of her flowers in the garden, reading and to be surrounded by her family especially her grandkids and great-grandkids. Peggy was a member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary. She will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends. Survivors include: Children: Ron Mullins, Scott Mullins, Robin Witter Mullins; Son-in-law: Jim Witter; Longtime Companion: Jimmy Wagner; Grandkids: Natasha Witter, Nicole Marvicsin Witter, Jon Marvicsin Grandson-in-Law, Jeremy Mullins, Kayla Mullins and Ronnie Mullins; Great-Grandkids: Isabella Marvicsin, Jacob Marvicsin, Logan Marvicsin & Jeremy James Carroll; Brothers & Sisters: Russ Stines, Paul Stines, Sue Stines, Bill Stines and Roy Stines. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, daughter: Cindy Mullins and her sister: Jane ONeal. Private family gathering will take place. Peggy has generously donated her body to the University of Toledo Medical College in order to improve and save the lives of others. Arrangements entrusted to the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Port Clinton. Memorial contributions in memory of Peggy may be made to Heartland Hospice.
