Peggy Foster

Peggy Jean Foster, 73, of Oak Harbor, OH passed away Friday, October 31, 2025 at Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton, OH. She was born on November 22, 1951 in Oberlin, OH to Clarence Jay and Mable Lucille (Rickett) Foster. Peggy worked at Riverview Industries in Oak Harbor and served on the Columbus State School Board of MRDD. She loved horses, the color pink, watching TV, and listening to music, especially Elvis and Reba. Peggy was a very resilient person.

Peggy is survived by her brother, Lenny Foster, and dear friend and caregiver, Crystal Heineman. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial services for Peggy will be conducted 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, 165 E. Water St., Oak Harbor, OH.
