Paul E. Wittman, Sr.

Paul E. Wittman, Sr., 67, of Graytown, died Thursday evening, December 8, 2016, at Mercy-St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo. He was born June 3, 1949, in Graytown to Emery H. and Dorothy M. (Porath) Wittman and graduated from Oak Harbor High School in 1968. He worked at AP Parts in Toledo, Glen Tank Construction in Martin, Mid States Express in Toledo and most recently for American Welding Tank. Paul also loved farming. On June 13, 1970, in Martin, Ohio, he married Pamela Lee Mason. He was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church in Martin. Paul enjoyed gardening and playing the lotterys Cash Explosion and was a fan of NASCAR, especially Jeff Gordon and Jimmy Johnson. In addition to his wife, Pamela, Paul is survived by his son, Paul E. Wittman, Jr. (Monica) and daughter, Rachael A. Goulett (Michael), both of Graytown, and grandchildren, Caleb, Lila Marie, Joseph, Zachary Paul, Regan, Kenneth and Eileen. His parents and brother, James F. Wittman, preceded him in death. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m., Wednesday, December 14, 2016, at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home Crematory, 501 West St., Genoa. The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 15, 2016, at St. Peter Lutheran Church, Martin, with burial to follow in Elliston Cemetery, Graytown. Memorials for Paul may be given to St. Peter Lutheran Church, 17877 W. St. Rt. 579, Martin, OH 43445.
