Paul Urban Urbanowski

Paul Urban Urbanowski, 81, of Perrysburg, died Thursday morning, September 1, 2016, at Genesis Healthcare Center in Perrysburg. Paul was born January 19, 1935, in Toledo, Ohio, to Walter and Isabel (Zielinski) Urbanowski. He was retired from the Operating Engineers Union. Besides his love of singing and playing the guitar, Paul was a six-time champion bull rider and also judged rodeos. He always looked forward to his annual country music party and cowboy reunion with all his friends. Surviving Paul are his children, Karen (Jason) Bell of Delaware, OH, Sharon Thayer of Perrysburg, John Urbanowski and Debbie (Jason) Harris both of Millbury, nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and sisters, Jackie Sobecki of Point Place and Millie Sturt of Bedford, MI. His parents, brother, Edward Pete Urbanowski, and sister, Geraldine Borysiak, preceded him in death. A memorial service will be held Friday, September 9, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. with two hours visitation from 9-11:00 a.m. at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, 501 West St., Genoa. Interment will take place in Ft. Meigs Cemetery, Perrysburg. Memorial donations for Paul may be given to the donors choice.
