Paul E Tunison, Jr.

PAUL EDWARD “FISH” “EDDIE” TUNISON, JR. Paul Tunison, Jr. passed away on October 28, 2013 at the age of 71. Paul was born in Toledo on June 21, 1942 to Paul & Vera Tunison, Sr. He graduated from Roofer School Local 134 and worked for them for over 35 years. Paul also, every year, played Santa Claus for Local 134. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved the outdoors. He loved his children and grandchildren, they were the apples of his eye. He was a member of many clubs, Lake Erie Wildfowlers; Ducks Unlimited; etc. Paul enjoyed people and would go out of his way to help anyone. He did many trout derby’s for children and worked bird day at Crain Creek every year as well charters on Lake Erie. He loved to do auctions, buying and selling. His passion was never ending, no matter what it was and he loved life and lived it to the fullest. Surviving are his loving wife of 50 years, Kathy; children, Clark Tunison; Trina (Todd) Shultz; Tommy (Laurie) Tunison; grandchildren, Harley Schultz; Hailey Schultz; Cody Albright; sister Paullette and brother, Larry. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Bill. Family and friends will be received in the Neville Funeral Home, 5052 Dorr St., Toledo (419-535-0951) from 2-8 pm on Friday where funeral services will be held at 11 am on Saturday November 2, 2013. Burial will follow at Roth Cemetery, Monclova. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider a Charity of the Donor’s Choice.
