In loving memory of Paul Skrbina, aged 68, a cherished resident of Port Clinton, Ohio, who gracefully departed after bravely facing Alzheimer's Disease. His peaceful passing on Thursday, January 11, 2024, was embraced by the love and unwavering support of his family. Born on August 3, 1955, in Youngstown, Ohio, to Rudy and Anna (Hanzelic) Skrbina, Paul devoted over 40 years to Northern Manufacturing.
Paul's zest for life found expression in golf, boating, fishing, coaching his daughter's softball team, umpiring high school girls' softball, and fervent support for all Cleveland sports and the Ohio State Buckeyes. Yet, amidst his many passions, his true pride and joy were his three daughters, who were honored to be with him as he took his final breath, and his legacy lives on through them.
Survived by his high school sweetheart and wife of 44 years, Stephany (Prezgay) Skrbina, his daughters Adrienne (Anthony) Finley, Sarah (Paul) Wilkins, and Abby (Sean) Riley, along with cherished grandchildren Chase, Jack, Leo, Luke, and Finn. He leaves behind several nieces and nephews, siblings Rudy (Jenny) Skrbina and Theresa (Jerry) Cramer, sister-in-law Regina Romeo, and his beloved dog, Zoey. Preceded in death by his parents and brothers Joe and George Skrbina.
Paul's infectious joy touched everyone he encountered, leaving a positive impact through his boundless compassion, kindness, and sense of humor. Though deeply missed, he now rests in peace, his spirit forever alive in the hearts he touched.
