Paul E. Lowien, Sr.

Paul E. Lowien, Sr. age 80, formerly of Sylvania passed away Tuesday September 22, 2009 in the Village Rehabilitation Center, Armada, Michigan. He was born March 30, 1929 in Fremont, Ohio to Edward and Grace Lowien. An Air Force veteran who served in Germany, Paul retired from the Dupont Company in 1985 as a Supervisor where he was employed for 30 years. Preceded in death by his wife Donna, he is survived by son Paul E. Kimberly Lowien, Jr.; step-son Danial Rita Johnson; step-daughter Marsha Zielinski; 1 grandson; several step-grandchildren; and sister Jeanette Alvin Bender. Friends may visit at the Walker Funeral Home 5155 Sylvania Ave. west of Corey on Friday after 11 AM where services will follow at 1 PM. Interment will be private.
