Paul Frederick Kellermeier

Paul Frederick Kellermeier, age 89, died on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at the Sterling House in Bowling Green, Ohio. He was born on February 22, 1924 to Fred and Leona Hoffman Kellermeier in Perrysburg, Ohio. Paul was an outdoorsman who loved to camp and fish. He proudly served his country in the US Navy and was commissioned aboard the U.S.S. Chimo. Paul is survived by his daughters, Juanita Scott Matthews; Sharon Gary Stratmann; Joyce Douglas Hinesman; Janice Kellermeier; Shirley Kellermeier; Sandra David Gerety; Janet David Laughlin; Shelly Steve Jenkins and Judy Reed; sons, Gary Judy Kellermeier and Leo Debbie Kellermeier; 20 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joan Mandell; infant sons, Fred and Alva; and son-in-law, Larry Reed. Visitation will be on Monday, April 8, 2013 from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee, Ohio where the Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Funeral Services will begin in the funeral home on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:30 am at St. Rose Church, 215 E. Front Street, Perrysburg, Ohio. Interment to follow at St. Rose Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
