Paul "Gary" G. Halicek

Paul G. “Gary” Halicek, age 70, of Genoa, Ohio passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2022 at his residence. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on July 8, 1952 to Paul and Dorothy (Davis) Halicek. Gary worked at Goodyear Tire and Rubber in Luckey, Ohio from 1971-1976 and also at Taco Bell. He was a very polite person and liked going out to eat; especially at McDonald's every morning for breakfast and Chili’s. Gary also enjoyed targeting shooting at the local gun clubs.

Gary is survived by his sister, Ann (Scott) Lewandowski; nieces, Joanna (Paul) Smith and Sara (Joe) Jovanovic; nephew, Jordan (fiancé, Alyssa Escobedo) Lewandowski; great niece, Adaline Lewandowski and his dog, Butter. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at the Clay Township Cemetery, beginning at 11:00 a.m.. The Robinson-Walker Funeral Home, Genoa, Ohio is assisting with the arrangements.
