Paul A. Bones Fox, 73, of Oak Harbor died Saturday, December 20, 2008 at his residence. He was born on April 2, 1935 in Toledo, OH to Henry and Sylvia Bihl Fox. He graduated from Waite High School in 1953. On October 22, 1966 in Holland, OH he married Violet McKinnell and she survives. Paul worked as a pipefitter. He was a member of the Catholic Knights of Ohio, Moose Lodge #1610 in Port Clinton, and the Interlochen Eagles. Paul enjoyed camping, card playing, canoeing, sailing, bluegrass music, playing spoons, and was an avid naturalist and environmentalist. Paul is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Violet; sons: Larry, Billy, and Henry Fox; daughter: Paula Fox Ferguson; brothers: Robert, Richard, and Marvin Fox; sisters: Shirley Abrams, Rita Martis, and Alice Zunk; 7 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Louis and Daniel Fox; sister: Mary Hasenfratz; sister-in-law: Yolanda Fortunato Fox; and grandson: Billy Fox. Friends may call and visit with the family from 2-9 p.m., Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home Crematory, Oak Harbor. A Celebration of Life Service honoring Pauls life will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday evening during the visitation at the funeral home.
