Paul E. Cook

Paul E. Cook, “Ta Ta”, 68, of Walbridge, Ohio passed away on Friday, July 31, 2015 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on June 13, 1947 in Toledo, Ohio to Charles and Anna (Harrington) Cook. He married Elizabeth C. Schmidt on June 23, 1967 in Monroe, Michigan. Paul proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He worked for many years as a truck driver for Air Liquide before retiring in 2007. Paul is survived by his loving wife, Elizabeth C. Cook, daughter, Kellie (Odis) Cook-Roth, grandchildren, Tristyn and Skylar Roth and special nephews, David and Ron Laub. He is preceded in death by his siblings, Larry Cook, Phyllis Wood, Laura Mae Laub, JoAnn Demics and Charlene Ludwig. Friends will be received on Monday, August 3, 2015 from 2:00 to 8:00 P.M. in the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 701 N. Main St. Walbridge, Ohio, 43465 (419-666-3121) where funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. Burial will follow at Lake Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers those wishing to make a memorial contribution may do so to the family.
