Paul Richard Black age 67 of Perrysburg, Ohio passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2021. Paul was born in Perrysburg on August 29, 1953 to James and Elaine (Barthold) Black. Paul owned and operated Best Tree Service for many years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, antiques, photography and family vacations in the Outer Banks. Paul truly enjoyed family and friends gathering at his home, whether it was fish fry’s or holiday dinners. Surviving is his loving wife, Marlene; sister, Rebecca “Becky” Black; brother, Jamie (Sharon) Black; 4 stepchildren; 4 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and 3 nephews.
