Patrick F. Lynott, 67, of Perrysburg, Ohio, passed away on September 23, 2013 in Toledo. He was born on August 16, 1946 in Rossford, Ohio to Homer H. and Elizabeth J. (Reidenbach) Lynott and he married M. Clare Linnenkugel at Little Flower Catholic Church in Toledo, Ohio, on September 16, 1972. Together they raised two children. Patrick was a ’64 graduate of Perrysburg High School and attended Owens College. He proudly served his country in Vietnam in the United States Marine Corp. Patrick was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church in Perrysburg, Ohio. He enjoyed many sports, especially golf and tennis as well as bowling and jogging. Patrick was an avid reader and loved to travel. Patrick is survived by his loving wife, M. Clare Lynott, children, Sean (Anna) Lynott and Tana (Jamin Almond) Lynott and siblings, Tim, Sandy, Kathleen, Kevin, Terry and Julie. He is preceded in death by his parents. Friends will be received on Friday, September 27, 2013 from 2:00 to 8:00 P.M. in the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222 E.S. Boundary St., Perrysburg, Ohio (419-874-3133). A mass of Christian burial will be held on September 28, 2013 at 10:30 A.M. in the St. Rose Catholic Church, 215 E. Front St., Perrysburg, Ohio. Burial will follow at the St. Rose Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. Condolences may be left online at www.witzlershankfuneralhome.com
