Patrick Church, age 66, of Toledo passed away July 8, 2017 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. He was born April 15, 1951 in Roseburg, Oregon to the late Everett and Iva (Barnhardt) Church. Surviving are his wife, Grace; children, Samuel and Dawn Church; and two grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, July 14, 2017 in the Chapel of Peace at Toledo Memorial Park, 6382 Monroe Street, Sylvania.
