Patricia A. Slicker

“There's a special Angel in Heaven that is part of me. It is not where I wanted her but where God wanted her to be. She was here but just a moment like the nighttime shooting star and though she is in Heaven, she isn't very far. She touched the hearts of many like only Angels can. I would've held her every minute if I'd only known God's plan. So I send this special message to the Heavens above. Please take care of my Angel and send her all my love."

Patricia A Slicker, age 78, of Toledo, Ohio was called to her heavenly home on Sunday, March 24, 2024. She was a loving wife, mother, grammie, and good friend to many. She enjoyed volunteering, being with family and friends, supporting and cheering on her grandchildren and the love of her flower beds and gardens. She was a homemaker most of her life devoting time to her family.

Left to cherish her memory are children, Todd Slicker, Teri Amos, Tiffany (Sean) Westhoven; grandchildren Katlyn (Kyle Knox) Westhoven, Tyler (Maddie Terry) Westhoven, Ryley Amos; sister, Helen Joann Mock; sister-in-law, Janice Lorenzen; and special family friend, Sally Shaw. She also leaves behind many cousins, nieces, and nephews to cherish her memory. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Slicker; and parents, Richard and Madeline (Adams) Stickle.

The family would like to extend thanks and gratitude to her caregivers at Ayden Healthcare of Waterville and Kind Hearts Hospice.

Family and friends will be received in the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St., Maumee, on Saturday, March 30, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. until the time of her memorial service at 4:00 p.m.
