Patricia A. Rogers

Patricia A. Rogers, age 78 of Riga, MI passed away Saturday February 17, 2018 in her home surrounded by her family. She was born October 19, 1939 in Toledo, OH to Mathew and Gladys (Tingley) Patterson. Pat was a graduate of Whitmer High School in Toledo. She was a homemaker and a waitress at the former 23 Fuel Stop in Ottawa Lake MI for many years. She was an avid bowler, keno player, casino visitor and a California Angels fan. Pat was a longtime member of American Legion Post 468 in Sylvania. Preceded in death by her parents and a sister Sandi Liske-Swartz, she is survived by her children Dawn (Howard) Bales, Geri (Scott) Matzinger, Gary Rogers and Lori (Jim) Barnes; grandchildren Kyle, Grant, Corey, Andrew, Justin, Cameron, Zach, Ashlyn and Patric; and 14 great-grandchildren. Friends may visit the family on Wednesday from 2-8 PM in the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave., Toledo where funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 AM with interment to follow at Toledo Memorial Park, Sylvania.
