Patricia Montgomery

Patricia Pat Montgomery, 86, of Port Clinton, OH, passed away, May 8th at Stein Hospice surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 20, 1927 in Alexandria, IN, the daughter of Paul and Mildred White Jenkins. On October 27, 1946, in Elwood, IN, she married Robert E. Bob Montgomery and he preceded her in death on July 24, 2011. Pat was an office manager for 30 years at Wiedner Chevrolet in Anderson, IN, retiring in 1984. She was a member of the First Christian Church and the Eastern Star, both of Alexandria, IN. Survivors include: Sons: Larry Marilyn Montgomery and Gary Lisa Montgomery; Grandchildren: Mike Montgomery, Kara Greg Myers, Jasyn Byrum, Nicole Byrum, Tyler Byrum, Robert B. Montgomery, Tammy S. Axom and Michelle L. Tellis; 11 Great-Grandchildren; 1 Great-Great-Grandchild and Best Friend: Mary Olive Hurst. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, husband and sister: Delores Prieshoff. Visitation will be 5-8PM, Tuesday, May 13th, 2014, at Owens Funeral Home, 412 North Harrison St., Alexandria, IN 46001. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am, Wednesday, May 14th, 2014 in the funeral home. Interment will be in Parkview Cemetery in Alexandria, IN.
